Welcome to www.blackc.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by BlackC, Inc. (“BlackC”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Site and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

The Services may include AI-powered capabilities, including but not limited to threat modeling, risk analysis, and cybersecurity recommendations.
You acknowledge that:
Outputs generated by the Services are automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional or guaranteed security advice
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and implementing any outputs
BlackC’s Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy and is incorporated into these Terms. If you have questions, please contact contact@blackc.com.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”).
By using the Services, you grant BlackC a limited, non-exclusive right to:
Process Customer Data to provide and maintain the Services
Use aggregated or anonymized data to improve the Services
The Site and Services, including all content, software, and materials (“Content”), are owned by BlackC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
BlackC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Services or outputs to build or train competing products
All trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of BlackC or their respective owners. No license is granted to use such Marks without prior written consent.
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services (“Third Party Sites”). BlackC does not control or endorse such Third Party Sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, blackc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
No information provided by blackc shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, blackc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, security incidents, or business interruption.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
You may not assign these Terms without BlackC’s prior written consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BlackC regarding the Services.
